VMG (Vakaru Medienos Grupe) is the largest wood and furniture production company in Lithuania. This project was done during my study years in the Academy of Arts. It was a competition to create a new logo. The client was interested in someone who can create modern and attractive logo for them. I was awarded for the best created logo. It was approved for use and completely changed. During the design process, I was inspired from wooden pencil shavings. I discovered that logo could be created based on that shape. So the letters VMG creates illusion of the pencil shaving.
